Day 33 of 100 Days of Hope

Give Yourself Permission to Shine Bright

What gives me hope today is giving ourselves permission to Shine Bright.

I love Marianne Williamson’s famous words:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”

That quote has stayed with me for years because it’s the essence of what I believe.
We are not meant to hide our light. We are meant to be our best selves, to step into who we were created to be, and to allow others to do the same.

So often we hold back—afraid of being too much, too loud, too passionate, or too different.
But the truth is, the world needs our light.
When we shine, we give others permission to shine too.

Learning to Live from My Light

For me, shining bright is an active choice—one I make every day.

I shine when I learn something new and stretch beyond what I thought possible.
I shine when I love my husband and children with all my heart.
I shine when I create, whether through music, writing, or building something meaningful.
And I shine when I coach others, guiding them to see the brilliance that already lives inside them.

There’s something sacred about witnessing someone discover a new part of themselves—
a moment of clarity, a breath of courage, a spark of confidence.
It’s one of the greatest joys of coaching and a daily reminder that transformation is possible for all of us.

Living in Alignment with God

When we connect with our essence self—that divine part of us connected to God—we find peace, purpose, and joy.
It’s a place of stillness and knowing.
It’s where fear dissolves and faith takes over.

Living from that space changes everything.
It’s where true happiness begins.

So today, I invite you to:

  • Connect with your higher self.

  • Find inner peace and mindfulness.

  • Do what you love.

  • Overcome fears by taking action anyway.

  • Live in your essence and follow your passions.

These practices have transformed my life, and they can transform yours too.

A Gentle Reflection

As you move through your day, take a moment to ask yourself:
✨ What lights you up inside?
✨ What makes you excited to wake up in the morning?
✨ How would you love to spend your time?
✨ What truly brings you joy?

Write it down. Reflect on it. And most importantly—act on it.

You have permission to Shine Bright.
You always have.
